How to make turmeric tamarind


Ingredients : 


1. 6 Turmeric
2. Brown sugar
3. Tamarind
4. 9 tsp sugar
5. 1/2 tsp salt
6. 1200cc water
Steps:
1. Clean turmeric using clean water


2. Peel turmeric skin


3. Cut the turmeric thinly clean


4. Add turmeric, tamarind, brown sugar, sugar, salt, and water to the pan


5. Boil until boiling


6. After boiling let stand until cool

7. Strain and turmeric tamar drinks can be drunk

How to make turmeric tamarind

  • General statement :


         Since long time ago, herbal medicine has become an inseparable element of Indonesian society. Herbal medicine can maintain body fitness in the midst of dense activity. One of the most popular herbs in Indonesia is kunyit asam. Besides its delicious taste, kunyit asam has many benefits, one of which is to improve brain function. Even abroad, turmeric is widely recommended as a natural remedy because of its curcumin content.

  • Sequenced of explanation :


        Before starting prepare the materials and tools needed. To make turmeric acid is not difficult you just prepare turmeric, acid, brown sugar, sugar, salt and water.
        First, wash turmeric using clean water. Then peel turmeric skin. Then cut the turmeric into small pieces that have been peeled.
